Chef Teresa is a New Mexico-born, Los Angeles-based chef, best known for her first restaurant, Racion, which appeared on Jonathan Golds 101 Best Restaurants List twice. Oto簽o is known for featuring modern Spanish cuisine, influenced by Monta簽os travels in Spain, particularly the Catalan and Valencia regions.
